We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc.
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for coordinating and implementing talent acquisition strategies and activities within the assigned area. This role performs the Recruitment Manager system role in Recruitment Systems module (Cornerstone/Hatch), monitors performance and compliance to policies and procedures of the team.
This position focuses on:
- Implementing talent acquisition goals and objectives in the assigned area and tracking progress, including deployment targets, reports deadline and Recruitment System processing timeline.
- Planning and organizing talent acquisition activities.
- Identifying alternative sourcing channels and activities for more strategic sourcing.
- Supervising and evaluating existing networks, contacts and activities and recommending changes to better attract applicants.
- Interviewing and screening candidates for officers and managerial levels prior endorsement to Hiring Managers, sharing recommendation and feedback to Next Level Interviewer.
- Ensuring that assessment and documentation procedures involved in hiring are complied with, including pre onboarding activities.
- Performing 'Recruiting Manager' systems role in Recruiting Systems (i.e., Cornerstone/Hatch).
- Managing requisitions, ensuring that applicant statuses are updated.
- Reviewing Offer Letter template, particularly salary details, position title, and branch assignment.
- Performing Start Onboarding, ensuring that future Organizational Units, Employee Relationships, User type, Onboarding Workflow, and Pre onboarding OU configuration are properly selected or encoded.
- Checking and monitoring completion of onboarding tasks.
- Submitting list of New Hires to System Administrator for approval.
- Developing tracking system to ensure that manpower requirements are met based on approved budget plantilla.
- Analyzing recruitment data and reports to recommend process improvement.
- Complying and implementing the policies and procedures pertaining to Data Privacy.
- Managing team's performance through regular feedback and reviews.
Requirements
- Ability to organize talent acquisition plans and techniques, including pre boarding requirements to achieve the talent acquisition metrics and offers alternative strategies, as needed.
- Ability to perform and implement talent acquisition activities based on social media networking, digital platforms, and virtual job boards.
- Ability to fulfill the approved manpower requests and audit submitted pre onboarding requirements.
- Ability to apply technologies to collect, access, and analyze data and information, to understand recruitment challenges and recommend evidence-based solutions.
- Ability to implement talent acquisition policies and procedures and to endorse process improvements and initiatives.
