Job Title: Drupal Developer

At Panoptik Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Drupal Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop web applications using Drupal and PHP/MySQL programming.
  • Experience with development tools such as Git, Drush, and Visual Studio Code.
  • Knowledge of database technologies, specifically MySQL and Cloud SQL.
  • Proficient in web design and mobile first front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development frameworks and SimpleTest Drupal-specific testing API.
  • Solid Drupal custom code development with good knowledge of core API and commonly used contributed modules.
  • Experience with working on other open-source technologies and CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) implementation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding and interest in migration, development, communication, and/or humanitarian issues.
  • Proven ability to produce quality work accurately and consistently according to set deadlines.
  • Practical experience of how-to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
Requirements:
  • University degree (or equivalent working experience) in Computer Science or related fields with at least 2 years of professional experience in web development.
  • College diploma in Computer Science or related fields with at least three years of professional experience in web development.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
