This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry merchandise, and maintain physical stamina during shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; high school diploma or equivalent also accepted
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not always required
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills
