About the Role

This Sales Officer position focuses on promoting and marketing housing loans, building strong relationships with clients, and growing the Mortgage Loans' portfolio. You will work closely with branches within assigned areas or developers to achieve these objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Regularly visit and communicate with branches/developers/brokers to acquire new accounts.
  2. Ensure thorough KYC and pre-screening of acquired accounts to identify suitable packages according to home loan guidelines.
  3. Analyze individual home buyers' financial and non-financial data to assess their eligibility for home loans.
  4. Collaborate with various departments, including Credit Cycle, Legal Department, Loans Documentation Review Units, and Customer Fulfillment, to facilitate loan approval and disbursement.

Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of experience in sales-related roles within Home Loans, preferably from banking institutions.
  2. Ability to accept and meet performance targets.
  3. Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
  4. Maintain an active client base within designated channels.
