Job Title: Sensory Research Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sensory Research Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sensory team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and optimization of our products through sensory research.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science or a related field, with expertise in sensory testing, panel management, and data analysis. You will be responsible for designing and executing descriptive and affective studies, as well as analyzing data and preparing reports with actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and executing sensory research studies to understand consumer preferences and behavior
  • Managing and maintaining a panel of descriptive panelists to ensure high-quality data collection
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports to inform product development and optimization decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sensory research findings into product design and business strategies

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sensory testing and panel management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
