About the Role

The HR Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the business unit head in achieving their objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment management, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Management: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent, manage recruitment reports including viewed resumes, candidates' status, and successful onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees, customers, and management.
  • Performance Management: Implement and monitor the Employee's Performance Profile, including regularization, quarterly, and yearly evaluations, assist managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans (PIP).
  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the BU Head to develop and execute employee engagement programs such as team building, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs, conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement strategies.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Specialist or a related role.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborate and build strong relationships with different Department heads.
  4. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and workplace regulations, experience handling grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  6. Strong sense of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
