We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, patient, and solution-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role involves answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints efficiently, documenting interactions in the CRM system, following up with customers, adhering to company policies and quality standards, and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery.
