Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Engaging Learning Environments: Develop an engaging learning environment tailored to various learning styles.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Support team members in meeting quality expectations by providing expertise and guidance.
  • Meet Productivity Goals: Achieve individual productivity and audit goals on a weekly basis.
  • Implement Training Processes: Collaborate with offshore and training managers to implement training and quality-related processes.
  • Develop Training Materials: Create and maintain training materials, including presentations and process guides.
  • Conduct Quality Calibrations: Align team members with quality and process standards through quality calibrations.
  • Collaborate with Managers: Work with portfolio managers to address quality gaps and improvement opportunities.
