- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, labor laws, and HR best practices is essential.
- Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee the compensation and benefits administration handled by subordinates, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Prepare and submit monthly HR reports, including key metrics on employee turnover, recruitment, attendance, and engagement.
- Analyze HR data and trends from monthly reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, organizing activities that promote employee satisfaction and retention.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to HR staff, including subordinates handling compensation and benefits, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
