Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our organization in the capacity of Architectural Technician/Draftsperson.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to work closely with a collaborative team on projects that require precision, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit, including general arrangement plans (1:50), sections (1:20), and elevations (1:100)
  • Work with supplied Revit templates and follow established documentation styles
  • Interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions effectively
  • Communicate and collaborate with a small team in a remote environment
  • Manage your own time efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Support the team with proactive input and a collaborative attitude
Requirements:
  • Proven proficiency in Revit, with fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills
  • Solid experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats (having this is a big plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas
  • A portfolio of relevant documentation work is required
