Junior Quality Assurance Consultant

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality of our products by identifying and addressing defects.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and at least two years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role.

Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), JSON, XML, API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI), and QA automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities: Test and validate integrations between Aprimo and external web applications.
  • Review User Stories: Review user stories, integration requirements, and API documentation for testability and clarity.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for data flows, workflows, and process automation.
  • Data Verification: Verify data mapping, synchronization, and error handling between connected systems.
  • Functional Testing: Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing on platform features and enhancements.
  • BI Report Validation: Test and validate BI reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for data accuracy, visualization, and usability.
  • Bug Tracking: Document and track bugs, issues, and test results using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Troubleshooting: Collaborate with developers, BI/reporting teams, and Technical Solutions Architects to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
  • Professional Development: Continuously learn and apply new QA best practices, integration skills, and reporting validation techniques.
