Web Development Specialist - System Integration

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • We design, develop, and maintain responsive websites that meet business requirements.
  • We integrate our websites with CRM systems and other third-party tools for seamless data flow.
  • We implement and customize plugins, APIs, and new features as needed to enhance website functionality.
  • We monitor website performance and optimize it for speed, security, and SEO best practices.
  • We provide ongoing website troubleshooting, bug fixes, and technical support to ensure smooth operations.
  • We generate and automate reports from web platforms, databases, and CRM tools to inform decision-making.
  • We ensure our websites are mobile-optimized and cross-browser compatible to cater to diverse user needs.
  • We maintain proper documentation of web systems, integrations, and updates to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • We work closely with design, marketing, and operations teams to implement new functionalities and improve overall efficiency.
  • We stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements and drive innovation.
  • We assist in managing website hosting, backups, and security protocols to ensure data integrity and availability.
Requirements
  • We require proficiency in Java, HTML, Python, and general coding fundamentals.
  • We need a basic understanding of backend website structures and CMS systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup and process automation (Monday.com, Zoho preferred) is essential.
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn on the job are crucial for success.
  • The ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users is vital for effective collaboration.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience (recent graduates welcome) is desirable but not mandatory.
