About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) professional to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing employee volunteering programs that connect with local NGOs and address community needs.

As a CSR specialist, you will work closely with our HR team and support their social initiatives to increase employee engagement. You will also spread the word about our CSR efforts to associates through various meetings, town halls, and floor walks.

In addition, you will support our central CSR team in assisting with various projects across India and sharing regular updates on location plans and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and plan employee volunteering programs that align with company values
  • Collaborate with local NGOs to identify community needs and develop solutions
  • Support HR teams with social initiatives and increase employee engagement
  • Communicate CSR efforts to associates through various channels
  • Assist central CSR team with project implementation and data sharing

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in CSR or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
