About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team in Emapta Philippines. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading a small group of marketing coordinators/specialists, overseeing their workload and managing task workflows to support new broker marketing setup.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, with a proven leadership background, including developing and managing high-performing teams. They should also have experience working with Australian real estate clients or agencies, and possess strong understanding of marketing theory and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of marketing coordinators/specialists, overseeing their workload and managing task workflows to support new broker marketing setup
  • Conduct initial meetings with new brokers to understand and document their marketing needs and objectives
  • Develop tailored marketing plans based on broker consultations, incorporating feedback and insights
  • Create strong, customized content for various platforms (e.g., minisites, social media), ensuring alignment with each broker's marketing goals
