About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for fast-paced environments, and a proven ability to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 10+ sales professionals to consistently surpass targets.
  2. Drive Revenue Growth: Design and implement strategies to maximize sales and expand client acquisition.
  3. Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  4. Achieve KPIs & Targets: Track performance, analyze metrics, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  5. Build Client Relationships: Foster strong connections with key stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.
  6. Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay informed about industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For:

  1. 8-10+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably on an international scale).
  2. Proven track record in leading and managing a sales team.
  3. A results-oriented leader who excels under pressure.
  4. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Ability to design and execute data-driven sales strategies.
