Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at HOLA PARADE. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by crafting exceptional cocktails and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify identification and age requirements of customers
  • Mix traditional and creative cocktails
  • Process payment from customers
  • Clean glasses and bar utensils
  • Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
  • Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
  • Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
  • Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in hospitality or a vineyard
  • Availability to work during business hours
