The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our clients and users. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI design, preferably in the technology or finance sector.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience strategies.
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
