Global Marketing Strategist

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team at Nippon Paint (Coatings) Philippines, Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring trade and consumer promotions that drive business growth and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Trade and Consumer Promotions: Develop and execute strategies for trade and consumer promotions, including product launches, sampling activities, and in-store displays.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales Team to implement marketing strategies, provide market insights, and ensure effective product placement.
• Merchandising Management: Oversee the deployment and management of merchandising materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Database and Loyalty Programs: Manage customer databases and loyalty programs to drive repeat business and customer retention.

**Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing or a related field.
• A strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
