The role of a digital marketing specialist is crucial for driving performance across paid campaigns, SEO, and data analysis. We are seeking a versatile individual to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads, maintain tracking with GTM + GA4, build insightful dashboards, and support organic growth using tools like SEMrush.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and ad efficiency.
- Maintain proper event tracking with GTM and GA4, including full ecommerce setups to ensure seamless customer journey.
- Build and maintain cross-platform dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
- Perform SEO audits and keyword tracking using SEMrush or similar tools to improve website visibility and ranking.
- Monitor organic visibility and propose content/technical improvements to enhance search engine optimization.
- Run competitive analysis (paid + organic) and report actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to align strategy and implementation, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
- Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Business Manager), with a proven track record of campaign optimization.
- Expertise in Google Tag Manager (custom containers, ecommerce tracking) to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4, with ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio, with experience in building and maintaining complex dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush (or similar tools: Ahrefs, Moz, etc.) to perform SEO audits and keyword tracking.
- Ability to synthesize data into clear reports and recommendations, influencing business decisions.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
