Responsibilities and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled High Performance Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests to ensure the reliability and scalability of our software applications. The key responsibilities include:
  • Requirements Analysis: Review and analyze requirements and specifications, collaborating with development teams and stakeholders.
  • Performance Test Planning: Prepare performance test plans, create high-quality test cases, and write test scripts from non-functional requirements.
  • Performance Test Execution: Establish benchmarks, conduct load, stress, and endurance tests using JMeter to assess the behavior of the system under test.
  • Performance Test Monitoring/Tuning: Measure, analyze, and evaluate performance test results, participate in defect review processes, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify performance bottlenecks and improvements.
  • Suggest new tools and techniques to improve performance testing practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the SDLC and STLC processes, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with various testing tools, including JMeter, Postman, MSSQL, Swagger, Jira, Xray, etc., is also essential. Basic SQL scripting experience is required. This is a mid-senior level position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2-3 years in performance testing.
