Cloud Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cloud solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cloud assessments, using best-in-class discovery tools to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a cloud solution. You will also be responsible for executing the activities required to perform an assessment, managing customer engagement, and serving as a point of contact for the customer during solution delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of cloud assessments, using best-in-class discovery tools to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to our clients.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a cloud solution.
  • Execute the activities required to perform an assessment, manage customer engagement, and serve as a point of contact for the customer during solution delivery.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer transitions into post-assessment actions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong comprehension of cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related solutions/tools subject matters.
  • Assessment discovery platforms – practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage the stated platforms (two or more).
