We are looking for a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to help us elevate our brand presence in the Philippine market. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and product demand.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure online campaigns align with the overall brand strategy.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, behaviors, and trends.
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure the brand's values and promises are reflected in all customer touchpoints.
- Lead by example and foster a collaborative culture within the marketing team.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure campaign success.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior management to optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or a related field, preferably in the automotive or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day brand activities.
- Proficiency in using brand management tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Knowledge of the truck industry or logistics sector is a plus.
