We are looking for a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to help us elevate our brand presence in the Philippine market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Positioning and Messaging
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand positioning and messaging framework to differentiate JMC trucks from competitors.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and product demand.
    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure online campaigns align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, behaviors, and trends.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership
    • Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure the brand's values and promises are reflected in all customer touchpoints.
    • Lead by example and foster a collaborative culture within the marketing team.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure campaign success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or a related field, preferably in the automotive or FMCG sector.

  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day brand activities.
  • Proficiency in using brand management tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of the truck industry or logistics sector is a plus.
