Job Title: Master Vehicle Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join our team at Likas Yaman Service Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Supervise: You will lead and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians, assigning tasks based on workload and priorities while providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
  • Complex Repairs: Perform complex mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks as required, utilizing your expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to the team.
  • Maintenance Schedules: Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure our vehicles and equipment operate efficiently.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of equipment, machinery, or vehicles, assessing their condition, scheduling maintenance, and performing necessary repairs.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: You must be a graduate of automotive technology or a related field with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in vehicle and equipment maintenance.
  • Certifications: Hold heavy equipment servicing (mechanical) NCII or automotive certifications.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate punctuality and reliability at all times.
Location

You will be assigned to work in Sampaguita St., Tanza 1, Navotas City, near Baywalk.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000 per month, depending on experience.
