High-Performance Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of digital ad work and a proven track record of delivering high-converting ad creatives.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing engaging and effective ad creatives that drive business results. They will also collaborate with our art director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.

  • Design high-performing ad creatives for e-commerce brands.
  • Collaborate with the art director and design team to develop ad concepts and strategies.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve ad creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
  • Maintain and evolve the agency's visual identity in line with strategic goals.
  • Present and refine ad designs based on feedback and analytics.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • A degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus—but not essential.
