At the forefront of our organization, we are seeking a results-driven Procurement Specialist to spearhead our supplier sourcing initiatives. This role encompasses identifying and securing suppliers, procuring materials at optimal prices, negotiating contracts, and fostering strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently source suppliers and procure consumables and hardware within 24 hours based on required specifications.
  • Complete the canvassing cycle for construction materials within 48 hours.
  • Identify and acquire hard-to-find products (hardware and software) within 72 hours.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve better contract terms.
About You
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE/COE), IT, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • No prior work experience is required; experience in procurement is an advantage.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • You are willing to work in Pasig City.
