Key Responsibilities

The Store Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively. This includes managing sales, eye tests, and growth targets to achieve successful results.

You will analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth, develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives, and monitor and manage costs effectively. Additionally, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, evaluate and improve team performance, and provide training and development opportunities for team members.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the optical industry, retail, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and market trends in the optical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a sales team and drive performance.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within stores for store visits, attend trade shows, and conduct market research.
  • Knowledge of optical products, industry regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willing to work on holidays and 6 days a week.
