Cloud Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cloud professional to lead our technical delivery on client engagements, provide coaching and guidance to peers, and manage client expectations while fostering a collaborative team culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical innovation, upskilling team members, and building relationships between cloud infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior team members.
  • Serve as coach in a player-coach model to support the growth and development of team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships between cloud infrastructure teams.
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure solutions, architecture, and design.
  • Ability to drive alignment across multiple practice areas.
  • Knowledge of the latest technologies impacting existing offerings.
Business Development Leadership:
  • Identify new opportunities for cloud infrastructure and security solutions.
  • Lead infrastructure offerings committees to define standard offerings.
Leveraging Growth Factors:
  • Establish trusted advisor status within multiple accounts.
  • Support teammates with unblocking engagements and remediating escalations.
  • Develop reusable artifacts to enable billing time to clients.
