Job Title: New Business Development Representative

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled New Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of the sales process and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows OS, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
