The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and ensuring the website is user-friendly and updated regularly.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization's online presence, tracking metrics, and driving traffic to support the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the organization's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and curate engaging content, including graphics, articles, photos, videos, and other related content.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns on social media to boost awareness and engagement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure posts are relevant, appropriate, and timely.
  • Monitor social media metrics (followers, engagement rates, conversions) and report on performance.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Web Page Maintenance
  • Regularly update and maintain the website to ensure it remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and updated with the appropriate links and materials.
  • Ensure that the website is optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and fix website issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure proper links are updated and working correctly.
  • Produce monthly analytic reports to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Integrate other platforms on the website to ensure cohesion among the organization's digital channels.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of website management platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Wix).
  • Experience with basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Knowledge of Hubspot and Constant Contact.
  • Good understanding of SEO, web design, and web traffic metrics.
