About the job:

  • Station Heads drive hub performance by meeting target Key Results Areas such as cost per parcel, pick-up/RTS success rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • This role oversees Assistant Station Heads/Officers and ensures adequate staffing during extended/weekend operations.

Main Duties:

  1. Collaborate with the Station Head on operational/administrative tasks including inventory management, push off, rider/route management, COD collection, petty cash fund handling, and updating the rider master list.
  2. Take charge of daily operations when the SH is absent.
  3. Evaluate Rider performance, conduct training, and enforce adherence to Ninja Van SOPs/Policies/Protocols.
  4. Maintain optimal financial stability through regular assessments of rider liquidation and productivity management.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis, provide actionable feedback, and propose tangible solutions for improving overall hub performance.
  6. Ensure accurate tracking and updates of parcels and shipments within the logistics application.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the logistics/supply chain industry.
  • Strong background in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Prior experience in a logistics/start-up environment a plus.
