• Prepare and submit various tax returns (e.g. income tax, VAT, WT) accurately and on time.

• Assist in tax audits and inquiries from government agencies; prepare necessary documentation, tax-related reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate with tax examiners to review monthly and quarterly reports (BIR forms).

• Prepare reports on tax refunds, summarize gross receipts billing invoices, reconciliation of 1702Q, and VAT returns, and alpha lists.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Financial Management or any related field.

• 1-2 years of work experience in tax accounting, audit and compliance.

• Comprehensive understanding of local tax laws, regulations, and compliance procedures and penalties.

• Strong ability to analyze financial documents and tax data.

• Practical experience in tax filing.

• Proficiency in accounting software, tax preparation tools and MS Office applications.

• Independent, active, pro-active and collaborative team player.

• Strategic thinker, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven and diverse environment.
