  • Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of requirements and priorities.
  • User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Write clear and concise user stories/defects and acceptance criteria, ensuring that user stories and defects are well-defined and ready for development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Sprint Planning and Review: Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the team understand priorities and goals for each sprint, and review and accept completed user stories at the end of each sprint.
