Job Summary

7107 Concrete Careers Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will provide medical care to patients in a clinical setting. This role involves diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct examinations, take medical histories, and provide diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret test results.
  • Work with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress.
  • Respond to urgent medical situations as needed.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and regulations governing medical practice.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the region.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred; experience in a specific area of focus is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
