Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Colliers International Philippines, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating financial transactions and generating financial reports from this information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  2. Prepare and review checks and check vouchers
  3. Release checks to suppliers and/or contractors
  4. Prepare cash position reports, financial statements, and bank reconciliations
  5. Review documents needed for processing payments to suppliers and contractors
  6. C Coordinate with the auditor (internal and external) in the periodic audit of the condominium's books
  7. Verify billing statements before distribution
  8. Manage inventory of office supplies
  9. Ensure timely payments/remittance of mandated government dues such as EWT, RET VAT, etc.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  2. 1-4 years of experience in finance - general/cost accounting or equivalent
  3. At least 2 years of working experience and knowledge in General Accounting facets and making financial statements
  4. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
