About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer with experience in retail media to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various digital channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Concept, design, and delivery of all required digital design communications.
  • Design requirements for all digital retail media activities.
  • Develop inspiring creative concepts and design solutions that deliver against the brief and results in effective on-brand communication.
  • Social media engagement and followers.
  • Brand and campaign tracking results.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience as visual designer/user interface designer/website designer, digital designer.
  • Preferably has experience working with high volume digital channels.
  • Has experience designing emails and banners incorporating UX/UI requirements.
  • Website technical knowledge and working with developers.
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe CS suite (including Premier Pro), Sketch and Invision.
  • Sound working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience across performance marketing channels such as: CRM, Social, Display and OOH.
  • Experience in Agile ways of working.
  • Experience of and interest in mentoring junior team members.
