Position Overview: We're hiring a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support one or more executives at a skilled trades company. You'll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, organize emails, assist with reporting, and handle various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
- Organize inboxes, respond to emails, and prioritize communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, or meeting notes as needed
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including Zoom or Google Meet logistics
- Handle travel arrangements and expense tracking (when applicable)
- Assist with project coordination, team communications, and deadline tracking
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Compensation:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting leadership in a service-based or trades company is a plus
