Senior Video Editor - High Impact Content Creator

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will lead the production of high-converting short-form videos that shape the future of video marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing a consistent volume of high-quality short-form videos per day, following established scripts and styles.
  • Analyzing prior video metrics to increase views and conversions, thereby enhancing performance bonuses.
  • Applying direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Operating with autonomy, efficiently managing daily workloads to meet deadlines without frequent check-ins.
  • Staying up-to-date with new tools, software, and editing techniques as social media trends evolve.
  • Maintaining quality standards and adhering to provided instructions to minimize revisions.
  • Communicating proactively with the executive team, providing updates as necessary.
  • Contributing to the training and onboarding of future video editors to our standards.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience with direct-response copywriting, ideally for short-form videos.
  • Proficiency in professional video-editing software, preferably CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with video generation tools (HeyGen, Captions, etc.) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong conversational and written English skills for effective communication.
  • A high degree of autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
