Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at Jyothy Labs.
Role OverviewThe Commercial Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of commercial activities, ensuring seamless execution and maximum returns.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage GT scheme claims and damage claim procedures to minimize delays and optimize reimbursement.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure timely submission of claims accompanied by necessary documentation.
- Efficiently resolve distributors' claims in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Analyze spend data and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports on budget versus actual expenditure.
- Track and record claim submissions by distributors, including approved amounts and deductions, if any.
- Respond promptly to audit queries and distributor inquiries regarding GT claims.
- Timely settle distributors' secondary, external, and damage claims as per SOP.
- Develop and manage sales promotion expense budgets, ensuring efficient tracking and allocation.
- Calculate rewards payouts based on target achievement and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare MIS reports on spend analysis, budget vs actual analysis, and recommendations for schemes and sales promotions settled through the external claim module.
- Maintain trackers for RDSM, claims, special budgets, RD/SD/SS rewards, and channel program outlet payments.
