We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at Jyothy Labs.

Role Overview

The Commercial Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of commercial activities, ensuring seamless execution and maximum returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and manage GT scheme claims and damage claim procedures to minimize delays and optimize reimbursement.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure timely submission of claims accompanied by necessary documentation.
  3. Efficiently resolve distributors' claims in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  4. Analyze spend data and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports on budget versus actual expenditure.
  5. Track and record claim submissions by distributors, including approved amounts and deductions, if any.
  6. Respond promptly to audit queries and distributor inquiries regarding GT claims.
  7. Timely settle distributors' secondary, external, and damage claims as per SOP.
  8. Develop and manage sales promotion expense budgets, ensuring efficient tracking and allocation.
  9. Calculate rewards payouts based on target achievement and maintain accurate records.
  10. Prepare MIS reports on spend analysis, budget vs actual analysis, and recommendations for schemes and sales promotions settled through the external claim module.
  11. Maintain trackers for RDSM, claims, special budgets, RD/SD/SS rewards, and channel program outlet payments.
