This is an ONSITE JOB with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of basic accounting tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent time-management and organizational skills.
The Administrative Services Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing the executive's calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing, proofreading, and editing documents, presentations, and reports for the executive.
- Handling confidential communications on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up.
- Assisting with various executive projects, keeping track of deadlines and deliverables.
Additionally, the Administrative Services Coordinator will assist with:
- Processing invoices, tracking expenses, and monitoring financial transactions as required.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial documents, including expense reports, budgets, and financial summaries.
- Reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
