Job Title: GenAI Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Manila, Philippines

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled GenAI Motion Graphic Designer who will utilize the Pencil platform to create high-performing ads for enterprise clients or small businesses. As an expert in GenAI tools, you'll collaborate with a team to resolve creative challenges and push the boundaries of what's possible.

Your success will be measured by your ability to inspire a team with creative solutions, drive client satisfaction, and contribute to the development of innovative GenAI techniques.

  • Must be hands-on and enjoy working collaboratively with a team.
  • A passion for design, motion graphics, and storytelling while showcasing GenAI capabilities within a structured GenAI delivery process.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing principles and branding, along with a proven track record of success and performance.
  • Where necessary, directly intervene in developing, generating, or manually retouching outputs to meet quality standards across briefs.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over designs in a highly collaborative, low-ego team environment.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and ambition.
  • The ability to take a project from concept to completion; good communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
  • Ensure final deliverables exceed design and production requirements and expectations.
  • Work with our Training team to actively explore, implement, and explain new GenAI techniques to help our wider user base achieve high-quality creative outputs.
  • Work with our Product & Engineering teams to test new GenAI features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.

You'll be responsible for staying up-to-date with evolving AI trends through our training programs, webinars, and AI communities.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of design and animation experience.
  • Must have experience working with beauty brands.
  • Expertise in design and animation across all platforms.
  • Must have excellent design, typography, and layout skills. Attention to detail is critical.
  • Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent experience working closely with clients during kick-off.
  • Confident in bringing your own innovative ideas and creativity to projects while working within a broad range of design guidelines across various design collateral.
  • Strong client liaison, with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships.
  • Effectively organizing and prioritizing workloads to manage client delivery while influencing clients with your own ideas and conceptual creativity.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus.
  • Confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment.
  • A passionate and inspiring creative.
  • The aptitude to learn new software and programmes efficiently and effectively.
  • Self-motivated, working with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative team player, open-minded – non-political.
  • Discrete about all confidential and personal information.
  • Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Willingness to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
