The Role

This position demands a high level of creativity and resourcefulness, as the growth lead must develop, grow, and scale initiatives to drive revenue and growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiative Development: Create new initiatives with minimal limitations on format or scope.
  • Initiative Growth: Expand and improve initiatives post-launch.
  • Initiative Scaling: When successful, iterate and build teams to scale initiatives.
  • Initiative Termination: Discontinue initiatives that do not show growth, with clear rationale.

Collaboration with the founding team is essential to identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize growth.
