  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for team members regarding any questions or issues.
  • Work closely with Training associates to get new hires up to speed.
  • Review calls and tickets to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Send regular updates or end-of-day reports.
  • Handle calls and tickets as needed and provide excellent service to clients or customers.
  • Monitor calls and assist with Quality Assurance audits.
  • Periodically monitor team attendance.
  • Update leadership on any issues or updates about accounts.

Requirements:
