Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled software professional to join our team in Manila. This full-time role will focus on supporting our Payroll product, assisting US customers, troubleshooting and fixing bugs, and contributing to developing new software features.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Investigate, identify, and resolve software bugs reported by clients efficiently.
  • Provide timely technical support to clients within the US time zone.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and improve software performance.
  • Document bug fixes and troubleshooting methods for future reference.
  • Assist in developing new software features.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application development.
  • Proficiency in NodeJS frameworks: ExpressJS or NestJS.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS.
  • Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD; commitment to quality software development.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Strong programming principles and design patterns.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with latest technological trends and continuously improve productivity.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
