About the Role

TalentPop App is seeking a talented VA Training Specialist to join our remote team. As a Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in equipping our team with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality virtual training sessions via Zoom on topics such as policies, tools, and industry best practices.

  2. Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they are prepared for their roles and evaluating their readiness for the next steps.

  3. Provide one-on-one and group training on advanced topics like email marketing, SEO, e-commerce website management, data analysis, and customer service.

  4. Create and refine training materials tailored to the needs of the team.

  5. Partner with leadership to evaluate training outcomes and identify areas for continuous development.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who has:

  • 1-2 years of training experience or similar roles.
  • 1-2 years of virtual assistance experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in at least two areas: email marketing, e-commerce website management, or data analytics/reporting.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and related tools is essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others through effective coaching.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Trainual, and Loom is a plus.
  • A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent).
  • Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20Mbps.
