Marketing Role
">We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support a 6-week website rebuild and execute ongoing marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who is confident managing content, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-impact marketing assets.
">The ideal candidate is culturally aligned, detail-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be working closely with the internal team to execute marketing tasks with excellence.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Coordinate and support the execution of a 6-week website rebuild project">
- Draft and schedule LinkedIn content (main focus) and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns">
- Assist in maintaining and updating website content (no CRM or Webflow management required)">
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials">
- Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule">
- Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed throughout the contract duration">
Qualifications:
">- 3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role">
- Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media (especially LinkedIn) and EDMs">
- Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English">
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills">
- Positive, proactive, and culturally aligned with high-performance teams">
- Comfortable working as a contractor with the ability to start immediately">
