We operate on a 9PM-6AM (US) shift schedule. We require candidates to start ASAP and work onsite.

About the Role:

  1. Review and analyze insurance claims to determine validity and coverage.
  2. Communicate with claimants, adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
  3. Evaluate and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in claims handling or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
