Key Role of a GenAI Content Creator

As a GenAI Copywriter, you will play a pivotal part in crafting innovative and impactful content using the Pencil platform. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling digital content that showcases GenAI capabilities within a systematic delivery process.

  • Develop creative digital content through research and conceptualization.
  • Master various brand voices and work closely with clients to develop strong concepts from initial briefing through execution.
  • Collaborate with the creative lead to ensure creative excellence, maintaining a high awareness of trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
  • Work with our Training team to implement and explain new GenAI techniques, helping the wider user base achieve high-quality creative outputs.
  • Test new GenAI features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience writing for digital, with a minimum 3+ years of digital agency experience.
  • A thorough understanding of how content plays out across multiple mediums.
  • Ability to use data and insight to inform creative decisions.
  • The ability to think conceptually when needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine complex material from different sources into engaging stories and content.
  • Confident presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients.
  • Passionate and inspiring creative with the aptitude to learn new software efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and open-minded individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
