Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the Sales Department, focusing on product demonstrations, technical meetings, ocular visits, repairs and maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of project installations assigned by the superior.
  • Prepare design and estimated work sheets (EWS) for review and approval by the technical head.
  • Conduct equipment testing and provide technical training to clients on-site.
  • Perform ocular visits to prospective project sites.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience and knowledge in Audio-Visual solutions are essential.
  • The ability to operate, configure, and install AV requirements is crucial.
  • Understanding of AV design and layouts is necessary.
  • The candidate must be willing to work in San Juan City and be deployed to different project sites as needed.
