Director of Digital Growth

The Director of Digital Growth is a strategic and innovative leader responsible for shaping our digital vision and driving growth through enhanced online visibility and engagement.

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers.
  • Lead the digital marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic, and manage PPC campaigns to maximize return on investment.
  • Develop and implement social media initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and content marketing strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
