Hardware Infrastructure Specialist

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization's computer hardware and related systems. The Hardware Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and managing the organization's computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Manage user access, data security, and system integrity to prevent potential issues.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Provide assistance to users with computer-related issues, offering guidance on hardware and software usage.
  • Implement robust security measures to protect computer systems and networks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
  • Strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with operating systems and hardware components.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting and system optimization.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
